Purpose of Position
To be responsible for the general supervision and management of the children; professionally prepared to supervise young children, and must meet the requirements of the licensing agency.

The candidate will also possess the following qualifications:

➢ Experience in the classroom preferred, but not necessary for employment;
➢ Strong problem-solving and communications skills, including evidence of structured thinking and an ability to inspire confidence and passion in others;
➢ High School Diploma or equivalent
➢ Bachelor’s Degree or Teacher’s Aide training completed;
➢ Proficient in technology skills
