About Ms. Jimenez

I cannot believe that I am starting my 17th year in Education!! This will be my 5th year at Compass Academy and only my 2nd year in high school teaching US History.

 

I was born and raised in Odessa. I moved away to college in San Antonio at St. Mary's University. After graduating, I worked for Lexus of San Antonio in Public Relations. Although that was fun, I really wanted to pursue my lifelong dream of teaching, so I moved back home. I received my teaching certification from Region 18 and was hired by ECISD soon after. 

 

My daughter, Analei, is in 7th grade here at Compass. She dances for Tammie Locklar's Main Attraction. I love being a Dance Mom!!
