Compass Academy Charter school is seeking a General Contractor / Construction Manager for its Phase III Portables construction project at its location at 5530 Billy Hext Road, Odessa, Texas 79765.

Scope of work to include the following:
- Site preparation, using site-provided asphalt millings and fill
- Concrete and asphalt paving of parking lot and driving lanes, with painting and striping of same
- Perimeter fencing of site
- Procurement and installation of stairs, ramps, and platforms with handrails
- Connect city water utilities to newly installed portable buildings on site, to include the installation of three (3) fire hydrants on site
- Connect city sewer utilities to newly installed portable buildings on site
- Connect electrical utilities to newly installed portable buildings on site
- Extend lit fiber optic data cabling from existing structure to newly installed portable buildings on site
- Procurement and installation of data network infrastructure devices and equipment, as described
- Data network cable runs and drops from data closets in each new portable building to classrooms and offices in buildings
