Meet the Teacher

Hi, I'm Mrs. Nieto! I am excited to be your child's teacher this year! This will be my 20th year teaching First graders! I taught 19 years in ECISD where I received the 2022-2023 Teacher of the Year Award for my campus. I also earned an "Exemplary" designation.

This will be my first year at Compass! I received my Bachelors of Arts in Humanities from UTPB. 

 

I married my high school sweetheart and have been married for 26 years! We have 3 wonderful children and two precious grandchildren. I enjoy spending my time at the lake with my family!

 

I’ve heard such positive things about Compass and am genuinely excited to see all the amazing things happening here. I’m looking forward to experiencing it firsthand!
