My philosophy on Education
Education profoundly affects the foundation and life of a child. Well educated people benefit not only their lives, but society as a whole.
I believe that it is important to build relationships with each one of your students; get to know their personalities, culture and learning styles. Using a variety of teaching methods, manipulatives, and integrating hands-on experiences will help facilitate engaged learning.
Through positive discipline your students will feel appreciated and begin to take on more responsibility. Daily class meetings will give students a chance to become listeners and problem solvers.
