I am so excited to be at Compass Academy!
I graduated from Odessa High School in 1992, Go Bronchos! I received my Bachelors of Science with a Major in Mathematics and Minor in Chemistry in 1996 and a Masters of Professional Accountancy in 2003, all from UTPB. I just completed my 20th year of teaching, which included seven years of junior high math and thirteen years of high school math and business classes. I am certified to teach Math 6-12 and Business Administration 6-12.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy watching my son and daughter swim competitively,hunting with my family, reading, fishing, and camping. My daughter, Makaleigh, is in 9th grade this year, and my son, Hunter, is in 1st grade.
I look forward to being a part of the Compass family and having a great year of math!
