About Me

Hello! I am Dylan Ramirez. I was born and raised here in Odessa. This is my 14th year in education. I started at Zavala Elementary and then came to Compass as a kindergarten teacher the first year we opened. This is now my 2nd year as one of the secondary counselors, which I am truly enjoying. I love working with students and helping them be successful in and out of school.

I am married to my high school sweetheart, Robert, and we have three amazing kids.
