About Ms. Jimenez

I cannot believe that I am starting my 19th year in Education!! This will be my 7th year at Compass Academy. I will be teaching US History for the 4th year and 9th grade World Geography for the 1st time.

 

I was born and raised in Odessa. I moved away for college in San Antonio at St. Mary's University. After graduating, I worked for Lexus of San Antonio in Public Relations. Although that was fun, I really wanted to pursue my lifelong dream of teaching, so I moved back home. I received my teaching certification from Region 18 and was hired by ECISD soon after. 

 

My daughter, Analei, is a Freshman at Permian High School. She dances for Tammie Locklar's Main Attraction and the Varsity Panther Paws. I love being a Dance Mom!!
