About Ms. Jimenez

I cannot believe that I am starting my 18th year in Education!! This will be my 6th year at Compass Academy and  my 3rd year in high school teaching US History.

 

I was born and raised in Odessa. I moved away to college in San Antonio at St. Mary's University. After graduating, I worked for Lexus of San Antonio in Public Relations. Although that was fun, I really wanted to pursue my lifelong dream of teaching, so I moved back home. I received my teaching certification from Region 18 and was hired by ECISD soon after. 

 

My daughter, Analei, is in 8th grade here at Compass. She dances for Tammie Locklar's Main Attraction. I love being a Dance Mom!!
