Welcome!

 

My name is Ami Garza, I am the Secondary Counselor here at Compass for grades 10th-12th.  I was born and raised in Odessa, Texas.  I graduated from Permian High school in 1999, from UTPB in 2007, and from Sul Ross in 2013.  I have been in education since 2007.  I was a teacher for 3 years and will begin my 13th year in counseling this year.  I love being a counselor and look forward to working with you all.  

 

I am married to my best friend and have 2 amazing children.  Outside of school, I love spending time with my family!  We love Soccer and are usually on the soccer fields with our girls.
