I am so excited to be a member of the Compass team!  My name is Joni Kouba and this is my fourth year at Compass as the SLP, and the second year that I will be serving as the Dyslexia teacher.

I was born in Saskatchewan, Canada….where there is snow on the ground more than there is grass! I received my Bachelors in Communication Disorders and my Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from Minot State University.  I have worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist for 15 years both in the education setting and the rehab setting.  I love working with kids!

My husband Todd Robinson, works at Rogers Ford in Midland.  We have 4 children. Taylor, Cole, Makenna and Jace.  We love to travel and try and visit Canada at least once a year.
